Recurring Membership Services

Recurring subscription payments are billed according to the selected membership plan. Clients may cancel future renewals at any time through their online account or by contacting us directly.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed service visits

  • Partially used memberships

  • Missed visits caused by inaccessible yards, locked gates, or unsecured aggressive pets

If a billing issue or service concern occurs, clients should contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the matter.

One-Time Services

One-time cleanup appointments may qualify for cancellation or rescheduling if notice is provided before the scheduled service window.

Once a one-time service has been completed, refunds are generally not provided.

Weather & Safety Delays

In cases of severe weather, unsafe yard conditions, flooding, or other safety concerns, services may be rescheduled at our discretion. These situations do not qualify for refunds.

Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We may offer a service revisit or other reasonable resolution depending on the situation.
