By booking service with Logos NTX Pooper Scooper Crew, clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all designated service areas during scheduled visits. Gates must be unlocked and pets secured if necessary for crew safety. Service visits may be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe yard conditions, aggressive animals, or restricted property access. Rain, snow, sleet, or sunshine — our crews do our best to maintain scheduled service whenever safely possible. Multiple dogs are included at no extra charge. Complimentary yard deodorizer treatment and steam cleaning of dog collars and harnesses may be included with qualifying recurring services. Clients are responsible for notifying us of schedule changes, gate code updates, or service concerns before their scheduled visit. Missed visits due to inaccessible yards may still be subject to service charges. All payments for recurring memberships are automatically billed according to the selected plan. Clients may cancel future renewals at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting us directly.
