1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or purchasing services from Logos NTX Pooper Scooper Crew, clients agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all recurring memberships, one-time cleanups, add-on services, and website usage.

2. Services Provided

Logos NTX Pooper Scooper Crew provides professional pet waste removal, yard deodorizing, and related outdoor pet cleanup services for residential properties throughout North Texas.

Service availability may vary based on location, weather, safety concerns, or scheduling limitations.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all designated service areas during scheduled visits. Gates must be unlocked, and aggressive pets must be secured before arrival.

If our crew cannot safely access the property, the visit may be skipped and may still count as a completed service visit.

4. Weather Policy

Services are performed rain, snow, sleet, or sunshine whenever conditions are considered safe. Severe weather, flooding, dangerous yard conditions, or other unsafe situations may require rescheduling.

5. Payments & Billing

Recurring memberships are automatically billed according to the selected subscription plan. By purchasing a membership, clients authorize recurring payments until the membership expires or is canceled.

Late, failed, or declined payments may result in paused or canceled services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel future recurring renewals at any time through their online account or by contacting us directly. No refunds are provided for completed services already performed.

One-time cleanup appointments canceled with insufficient notice may be subject to cancellation fees.

7. Multiple Dogs

Multiple dogs are included at no additional charge unless otherwise stated for specialty services or oversized properties.

8. Complimentary Services

Complimentary services, including yard deodorizer treatments and steam cleaning of dog collars or harnesses, may vary by service plan, availability, weather conditions, or equipment access.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining safe yard conditions

  • Securing pets when necessary

  • Informing us of gate codes or access changes

  • Reporting concerns promptly after service completion

10. Limitation of Liability

Logos NTX Pooper Scooper Crew is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing lawn damage

  • Hidden hazards within the yard

  • Damage caused by unsecured pets

  • Service delays caused by weather or unsafe conditions

Liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service visit.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
